Product description of the mango processing line
Mango processing lines have the capability to transform fresh mangoes into a diverse range of finished products. These include mango pulp, mango puree, mango concentrate, mango paste, and mango juice. The processing line specifically designed for mango beverages takes fresh mangoes and converts them into the final product, which is subsequently aseptically packaged in barrels.
The mango processing line comprises various essential components, such as a fresh mango intake system, a cleaning system, a sorting system, a descaling system, a preheating system, a pulp preparation and refining system, a filtration system, a concentration system, a sterilization system, and an aseptic filling system.
Mango puree, which is aseptically packaged in barrel bags, can undergo further processing to create a range of products including mango juice, sauce, and beverages. These products can be packaged in a variety of formats such as bags, metal cans, aluminum cans, PP containers, plastic bottles, glass jars, or Tetra Pak cartons.
